Tosha is a certified Transformation Life Coach and Parenting Coach. Tosha has held various roles in her professional career with excessive experience working with different individuals and groups.

Tosha is the founder of the non-profit organization House of Empowerment, Inc., established in 2012, and it serves counties located south of Atlanta. Her primary passion lies in fostering growth and empowerment in women and girls, aiming to help individuals lead fulfilling and holistic lives. Additionally, in 1993, she started the youth organization F.A.I.T.H (Focused and Inspiring Teen Heights) while living in Savannah, GA. She dedicated her time to mentoring girls between the ages of 11 and 17  in her hometown.

Tosha's overarching mission is to prioritize God, live purposefully, and excel in all areas of life while positively impacting the world around her. In her professional career, she has dedicated over 23 years to Southern Company, which has been recognized as one of America's top large employers. Additionally, Tosha serves as the Vice President of CLM Commercial Cleaning Concepts and Priority Commercial Cleaning Solutions, and licensed life, auto, home, and business Insurance Agent (GA/FL).

She is a wife and mother of two beautiful children. Her coaching and speaking journey started with the desire to help people release themselves from their comfort zone and teach them how to step into rediscovering their best lives after age 40.

Tosha's specialty as a Life Coach includes providing guidance and support not only to married and single women but also to teens. This is a diverse and impactful range of clients, as she can empower women in various stages of life and assist teens in navigating the challenges and transitions they face during their formative years. Her expertise in serving such a broad spectrum of clients can make a positive difference in their lives and help them reach their full potential. Tosha is an eloquent conference speaker for women's empowerment.

 

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Leadership with a minor in Communications, graduating Cum Laude from Mercer University. She has also obtained certification in Supervision and Management from the University of Georgia.
