Tosha Morell envisioned the creation of a social club in 2008, which later transformed into the philanthropic non-profit, House of Empowerment, Inc., in 2012, and it serves counties located south of Atlanta. Her primary passion lies in fostering growth and empowerment in women and girls, aiming to help individuals lead fulfilling and holistic lives. Additionally, in 1993, she started the youth organization F.A.I.T.H (Focused and Inspiring Teen Heights) while living in Savannah, GA. She dedicated her time to mentoring girls between the ages of 11 and 17  in her hometown.

In 2010, Tosha embarked on a journey of seeking God's guidance to understand her purpose more deeply. As she embraced her true calling, her gifts aligned with servant leadership.
